01 Acceptance of Terms

These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") apply to all users of the 55db online betting and casino platform, accessible at https://55db.io ("the Platform"). 06 Betting Rules

6.1 Placement of Bets

All bets placed on the 55db Platform are subject to the specific rules governing each sport, market type, or casino game. These rules are accessible within each game or betting market on the Platform. By placing a bet, you confirm that you have read and understood the applicable rules for that bet.

6.2 Bet Settlement

Bets are settled in accordance with the official result of the relevant event as determined by the competent governing body (for example, the ICC for international cricket, the BCB for BPL, or the game provider for casino titles). 55db's settlement decision on any disputed bet is final, subject to the dispute resolution process outlined in Section 6.5.

6.3 Void Bets

55db reserves the right to void any bet in the following circumstances:

• The bet was placed after the official start of the event due to a system error or data feed delay.
• The odds offered were clearly erroneous (palpably wrong) due to a technical or human error.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the Platform for personal, non-commercial recreational purposes only. This licence does not permit you to:
